Terms of Use

1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of Keepy, an iOS app for reviewing and organizing photos in your library.
2. Service Description
Keepy currently provides these core functions:
- Swipe-based photo review with Keep and Delete later decisions.
- Album entry points such as Screenshots, Recent, and All Photos (if available).
- Review Bin selection flow with confirmed deletion from your photo library.
- Local storage of review decisions so progress can be resumed.
3. In-App Purchases and Payments
Keepy offers a one-time lifetime unlock purchase processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple handles all payment processing, billing, and transaction security.
The purchase grants unlimited photo cleanup and premium sorting features within Keepy. This is a single, non-recurring charge — not a subscription.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled directly by Apple. If you request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit your request.
The app developer does not process refunds directly. Apple's refund policies and procedures apply to all In-App Purchases.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the way you use Keepy and for checking selected items before confirming deletion.
- Only delete photos if you are sure they are no longer needed.
- Use the Review Bin and confirmation step carefully.
- Maintain your own backups where appropriate.
6. Permissions and Device Settings
Keepy requires photo library permission to function. You can change or revoke access at any time in iOS settings.
7. Availability and Changes
Keepy may be updated, improved, or adjusted over time. Features and legal texts can change to reflect product or legal requirements.
8. Liability
Keepy is provided with care, but the operator is not liable for indirect damages resulting from app use, except where mandatory law states otherwise.
Deletion actions are executed only after user confirmation. You remain responsible for your confirmed deletion decisions.

10. Governing Law
